Warranty

Kolk Design and Production GmbH & Co.KG. (Later Kolk) warrants the lamps* it sells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Kolk will repair or replace any part found to be defective within the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser who purchases a new product from Kolk or its authorised dealers. In no event shall Kolk be liable for any claims made outside the warranty period. Or for any other claims or damages, including, but not limited to, claims for defective design, negligent or misleading advice, incidental or consequential damages, or injury to any other person, corporation, or entity.

The warranty does not apply if such repair or replacement of parts is required due to accident, neglect, or abuse, or if the unit is modified, installed, or repaired other than in accordance with Kolk’s service and maintenance instructions, or if a component or accessory not supplied by Kolk is fitted. This warranty does not apply to consumables such as batteries.

We warrant the batteries/battery packs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions of use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase. However, this warranty does not apply to the effective life (operating time) of the battery samples and care during the life of the battery.

All claims are limited to repair or replacement of the products only and do not include transportation costs. This warranty is to be considered in conjunction with our terms and conditions of sale.
